The Chef & The Butcher Exclusive Event with Colin Fassnidge & Anthony Puharich

Anthony Puharich and celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge will combine forces for an exclusive event complete with beef butchery talk & taste, cooking demo, food & booze at Vic's Meat Market on Wednesday 18 March 2020.

As part of American Express delicious. Month Out, the exclusive The Chef and the Butcher event brings together all things meat with a beef butchery talk & taste by Anthony Puharich, cooking demonstration by Colin Fassnidge, plus roving food and beverages.

Anthony Puharich is co-owner of Vic’s Premium Quality Meat and has established a reputation as one of Australia’s leading butchers and entrepreneurs.  Colin Fassnidge was born in Dublin and trained by the legendary Raymond Blanc.   His nose-to- tail food philosophy and charismatic presence has carved his way into a celebrated career as a chef in Australia, cook book author and judge on ‘My Kitchen Rules’.

Beverages will be provided by Young Henry's Beer and Handpicked Wines.

The event promises to deliver a memorable night of good food, booze and fun times.

Tickets are $79 and include all food and 3 alcoholic beverages.
