Transformation Manager (Contract)

Auctioneer (Temp Contract)

Sydney Fish Market is seeking an Auctioneer to be responsible for the daily sale of product through the Dutch Auction clock sales system.


Sydney Fish Market is looking for Permanent Full-time night-shift staff member to:

  • Unload seafood from fishing vessels and transport vehicles to the auction floor or cool room.
  • Sort and grade seafood in accordance with the Company’s guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure seafood is available for sale at the daily auction.
  • Pack seafood for export in accordance with export standards.
  • Clean forklift vehicles, plastic crates and other equipment as required.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all aspects of the QHSE Management System and ensure all legal and other government obligations are met or exceeded.
