Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this role is responsible for design and coordination of all print and digital assets to promote SFM’s strong reputation as one of Australia's most identifiable seafood and tourism brands.

Customer Service Specialist

We are searching for a friendly and experienced customer services specialist to join our expanded customer services offering, and who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to SFM’s suppliers, buyers, tenants and visitors.

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who naturally displays a friendly and helpful attitude with sound customer service and administration skills.  It is essential that you are able to foster strong working relationships, have a positive outlook and most importantly, enjoy working as part of a team to support the greater business.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
