Sourdough Bread Making Workshop - Mike McEnearney

Mike’s fascination with bread started at Rockpool and continued as he worked in London’s finest kitchens. A year at Iggy’s in Bronte made him determined to install a wood-fired oven in his next restaurant… and so Kitchen by Mike’s reputation for some of Sydney’s best sourdough was born.
