Start with a glass of wine or beer and seafood canapes before learning how to choose, prepare and cook fish, crustaceans, bivalves and squid, then sit down to a delicious seafood meal of steamed crab with lemon soy dressing, squid with garlic & chilli, pan-fried snapper with rocket salad and mussels in tomato sauce. Each guest takes home a copy of the Sydney Seafood School Cookbook (RRP $49.99).
