Events at Sydney Fish Market

Easter Show - 17 - 30 March

Join us at The Australian Women’s Weekly Theatre Kitchen in the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome and watch Brigid Treloar cook up a seafood storm! Everyday from 1pm, we will be hosting free cooking demonstrations, tastings and seafood information sessions, to teach you all the tips and tricks you need to know for preparing delicious seafood dishes this Easter. Along with special guest speakers from the seafood industry, we will also be giving away plenty of prizes including Sydney Seafood School Vouchers, Behind the Scenes Tours, eskys and more! Make sure you come down with family and friends and join in on all the fun.

Our recipes this year include:
Eastern School Whiting with Vietnamese Salad (Thurs 17th – Wed 23rd March)
