First up on International Women’s Day we have the brilliant Emiko Davies, who will be taking you through foundational ingredients in Japanese home cooking and her cookbook The Japanese Pantry. Think soy sauce, miso, seaweed, sake, rice vinegar, sesame and tea. Emiko is a food writer, photographer and award-winning cookbook author, so get in quick to secure your spot in this masterclass.

This weekend (1 March) we are hosting baking guru Christopher Thé of Hearthe Bakery. If you don’t know Chris, he was the original founder of Black Star Pastry and the creator of the popular watermelon cake and heavily celebrated cookbook Modern Australian Baking. In this artisan class Chris will be doing a pastry deep dive showcasing the techniques, tricks and tips for two foolproof pastries that are as versatile as they are delicious.
