Located on the Mezzanine Level, adjacent to the renowned Sydney Seafood School, Ngara is a premium harbourfront venue. Perfect for cocktail receptions, lunches and dinners, private celebrations, corporate meetings and off-site events, product launches, activations and more, the space features a striking bar, interactive show kitchen and stunning waterfront views, creating a memorable setting for every occasion.

Sydney Fish Market’s north-east facing Sunrise Terrace is your blank canvas ready for activation.

With absolute waterfront views and city skyline panoramas, the open-air Sunrise Terrace is ideal for large seated lunches and dinners for up to 350 guests, or stand-up cocktail receptions for up to 450.

Event organisation is by our specialised in-house team, with food and beverage by Ngara at Sydney Fish Market or your preferred catering partner.

Opening directly onto Civic Plaza and the Eastern waterfront boardwalk, the Garagula Room can be hired for small meetings and events. It is located on street level in the north-east corner of the building, overlooking Blackwattle Bay.

In Gadigal language, Garagula means “Ebb and flow of the tide”, reflecting its waterfront location.

Garagula can accommodate 16 people in a boardroom layout and can also be set up for private dining, theatre-style gatherings and cocktail parties.

Food and beverage pre or post meeting can be arranged in house with Ngara, through a preferred external supplier, or from the wide range of dining options within the Sydney Fish Market precinct.
