The team at Sydney Seafood School, at the iconic Sydney Fish Market, has a mission to inspire everyone to eat well together through fun, engaging cooking experiences.
All classes include a live cooking demonstration, hands-on cooking experience, and dining with a glass of wine. Whether you’re a kitchen novice or a dinner-party-dynamo, you’ll have fun with like-minded people while learning new recipes and handy cooking tips and techniques.

If a lazy weekend barbie’s more your thing, take it from casual to gourmet with the likes of barbecued Thai squid salad, chermoula prawns and vine-leaf wrapped garfish.
Master fast and fabulous midweek meals or really hone your techniques at weekend workshops with leading chefs such as Alessandro Pavoni, Paul Carmichael and Christine Manfield.
