The cooking experiences offered at Sydney Seafood School are centred around quality – expert teaching, essential skills, premium produce and the best cooking equipment in the biz, and we’re proud to have used OXO products for years.

OXO has announced the first Australasian OXO Chef in Residence: Chef Danielle Alvarez.

The USA OXO Chefs in Residence program is now in its sixth year – each year OXO teams up with leading chefs to bring a better experience to your kitchen, with recipes, their kitchen tips and how OXO tools can help make creating in the kitchen better.

“I’m excited to join OXO’s Chefs in Residence program and be able to share how a few OXO tools combined with seasonal ingredients can make cooking delicious food simple,” said Chef Danielle Alvarez. “I’ve been using OXO products for years. I love that they’re so ergonomic, so functional and you feel the quality when you use them time and time again.”

Throughout the campaign Chef Danielle Alvarez will share recipes including Potato Gnocchi with Fresh Tomato Sugo, Chicken Cutlets with White Wine, Sage and Lemon Sauce over Mashed Potatoes, Shaved Fennel and Radicchio Salad with Pecorino, Mint, Orange and Honey Chardonnay Dressing, and Fresh Ginger Cake with Orange and Vanilla Cream.
