Let us Inspire your Friday Feasting with SSS@Home!

SSS@Home is a virtual cooking class. A new recipe kit goes on sale each Monday for Friday dispatch. Each kit has all the fresh seafood, fruit & veg and premium pantry items needed to create a delicious meal for 2 people. We include a video link to one of our awesome presenters or chefs stepping you through how to make the dish, plus a detailed written recipe. There’s even a mini chocolate bar to share for dessert!

Collection Friday from Sydney Fish Market or Harris Farm stores Drummoyne, Bondi Beach, Potts Point, Lindfield, St Ives, Manly, Newcastle, Bowral and Orange or Sydney Fresh Seafood Wetherill Park. Home delivery available (for a fee) to these suburbs.

BBQ Octopus - Friday 5 June (on sale Monday 1 June)

Next week’s kit is a Greek-inspired BBQ with char-grilled octopus, grilled veggies, tzatziki and a delicious feta salad.

5 June: a Greek-style BBQ (details above)

12 June: the charming Ajoy Joshi from Nilgiri’s in Cremorne teaches us how to make a delicious prawn dish from Kerala, with green peppercorn and curry leaf, and an eggplant yoghurt & roast cumin raita to accompany it

19 June: an array of seafood tapas, including the best garlic prawns you’ve ever tasted

26 June: one of our favourite chefs, Giovanni Pilu from Pilu at Freshwater, will teach you to make fresh malloredus pasta, a specialty of his homeland, Sardinia. Served with clams, bottarga and zucchini flowers, this simple dish will become a firm family favourite.

We aren’t yet able to customise kits to meet special dietary requirements, but can send you a list of ingredients for you to decide if recipes are suitable. Just email us to ask.
