Tam Jiak, meaning gluttony in Hokkien, is a fresh chapter of Ho Jiak — a word that captures the joy of loving food a little too much. It’s about eating without hesitation, sharing generously, and finding comfort around the table.
Headed by Malaysian restaurateur and chef Junda Khoo, the menu delivers homestyle Malaysian cooking with a bold modern twist, using flavour forward cooking that is both punchy and complex. It’s experimental ‘surf n’ turf’ combinations showcase Australian produce, with hero dishes of Crab Meat Char Koay Teow, Squid Ink Peking Duck, Curry Kilpatrick Oyster, Lamb & Barra Sausage and Oyster Claypot Rice & Tomyam Bombs.
Tam Jiak is where everyone is welcome to eat freely, feel at home, and discover something new with every visit.
