Our Property Management Services
The SFM property management team works closely with tenants, CBRE (our appointed facilities management company), and Placemaking NSW to ensure the precinct operates safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory and environmental requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Lease administration and tenant liaison
- Management of common areas and shared facilities
- Maintenance coordination and asset management
- Compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards
- Coordination of utilities, access and operational logistics
