Lisa Featherby is Food Editor of Australian Gourmet Traveller. A chef’s life cooking with food heavyweights such as Janni Kyritsis and Peter Doyle, led to a second career as a food and recipe writer. She has written and cooked for many international and Australian titles, including Notebook Gardening Australia, Inside Out, Marie Claire, Bon Apetite and Food Illustrated.
