Learn to make preserved lemons and chermoula and combine them in a fragrant seafood tagine served with a delicious couscous, at this hands-on dinner class.

We'll meet in a Chinatown supermarket*, identify some of the more unusual essentials of Thai cookery and shop for Thai ingredients. Back at the School you'll watch a Thai seafood cookery demonstration before you experiment with this popular cuisine and produce a delicious Thai lunch. *Chinatown component optional, class begins at Seafood School at 11.30am.
