Join us for one of our Saturday night classes. Kick off with seafood canapés and a glass of wine before you learn some simple, delicious seafood barbecue dishes full of the sunny flavours of the Mediterranean; sure to impress family and friends. By the end of this hands-on dinner class you’ll be able to barbecue seafood perfectly. Finish with a delicious seafood meal … and another glass of wine, of course! REMEMBER book a bench of 6 people and only pay for 5 ($600 per bench of 6).

Monday 3 June   |    Lucio Galletto - Lucio’s Italian Restaurant

Lucio, who grew up in a family of Italian restaurateurs, has been host of Lucio’s in Paddington for over 25 years. His recent books, Lucio’s Ligurian Kitchen and The Art of Pasta, are informative, entertaining and practical. Learn a few of his favourite seafood recipes at this hands-on dinner class.

Wednesday 5 June   |   South American Food & Wine with  Lyndey Milan

South America’s food is the new flavour on everyone’s lips while its wines are gaining ground on those from the old world. Lyndey, renowned for her expertise in food and wine matching, brings the food and wine of Latin America together at this 3-hour hands-on workshop. Taste a range of South American varietals, matched with simple-to-prepare, stylish seafood dishes and learn the tricks to successful food and wine matching.

Colin’s time with Raymond Blanc in the UK, and Liam Tomlin at Banc in Sydney, shows in his skilful interpretation of classic French dishes. Learn a seafood favourite from the chef of one of Sydney’s best pub dining rooms.

When Rockpool opened in 1989 ‘modern Australian’ cuisine was in its infancy – and many acknowledge this iconic restaurant as its birthplace. Phil Wood (ex-Tetsuya’s and Josephine Pignolet award winner) has been Rockpool Head Chef since 2009. At this hands-on dinner class you’ll master some of the techniques and flavour combinations that make Rockpool as revolutionary now as it was 20 years ago.

Join us for a more intimate cooking class with a maximum of 20 guests. Chef, cookbook author and gourmet tour leader, Chris is an excellent teacher and inspiring cook, blending a diversity of flavours, textures and techniques to create original, modern food. Here she presents a 3-course dinner (including dessert) inspired by her extensive travels through Lebanon, Israel, Syria, North Africa and Turkey, with a different wine matched to each course. After a brief cooking demonstration you’ll work in pairs under Chris’ guidance to prepare three delicious dishes. Then sit down with Chris and a wine expert to enjoy your meal and discuss the food and wine.
