Sydney Fish Market (SFM) is proud to announce it is the Gold Sponsor of The National Seafood Industry Leadership Program in 2011.
The National Seafood Industry Leadership Program is the only national industry specific leadership program and was initially designed in consultation with seafood industry people.
The course has delivered more than ninety graduates of all ages and from all sectors of the industry including processing, fishing, extension, exporters, importers, marketing, deckhands and employees.
Importantly, the program equips individuals with the skills, networks and a whole of industry perspective to make a positive contribution to the seafood industry now and in the future.
Graduates have gone on to apply their skills to a wide variety of areas including regional network development, regional and state industry association boards and reference committees and effective business management.
SFM have been proud sponsors of the program since it began and over the past nine years, SFM has witnessed first-hand the positive contribution the program has made in the development of its graduates.
