SFM retailers are open from 7am every day except Christmas Day.

Office & Administration Hours

SFM office hours are from 7am to 4.30pm weekdays. We are in the office every week day, except public holidays.

Auction Times

SFM's wholesale auction commences at 5:30 am every week day apart from public holidays.  Please note, public access to the wholesale auction is via Behind the Scenes Tours only, see below for details.

Tours
